We Know We’re Growing in our Relationship to Christ when:

…we become increasingly aware of our sinfulness and weaknesses.
…our response to sin is quick and followed by genuine repentance.
…our spiritual battles are becoming more fierce and yet we’re still rejoicing.
…we begin to see trails and temptations as opportunities for growth.
…we begin to see service for Him as a high honor and not a burden – we won’t complain.
…we’re able to view everything in our lives as coming from God.
…we sense that our faith is stronger – we don’t get upset so easy, we don’t get ruffled over things that use to upset us.
…we desire to spend more time in genuine praise and worship.
…our desire to obey is becoming more intense and sin becomes less and less attractive to us.
…we are eager to share with others what Christ is doing in our lives.
…we’re more aware of Christ – immersed in Him, overflowing with Him.
…we jealousy guard our private time of prayer and Bible reading – devotional life is a priority.
…we prefer to spend more time with Him above time with all others.

Pray: “Thank You, Lord, that this indicates to me that I am growing spiritually and also where I need improvement in my walk with You.” (NS)
