God Says That I am Precious to Him
February 10 – Today mediate on: God Says That I am Precious to Him
Isaiah 43:4-5a, “Because you are precious in My sight, and honored, and I love you….Fear not, for I am with you.”
Isaiah 44:1-3, “…My servant (put your name here) _______ whom I have chosen…the Lord Who made you and formed you from the womb, Who will help you… :21, …for you are My servant! I formed you…you shall not be forgotten by Me; 49:15-16, …yet I will not forget you. Behold, I have indelibly imprinted a picture of you on the palm of each of My hands.”
Isaiah 43:1, “…says the Lord Who created you….and He formed you…I have called you by name, you are Mine.”
God designed each of us just as He wanted us (talk about Designer Labels), and then He threw away the “molds.” We are each unique in our own way. Think about being “precious” to God. He is our loving Heavenly Father Who “will never leave us nor forsake us,” He adopts us as His own, Psalm 27:10; never forgets us, has made abundant, no, more than abundant provisions for us. He is our Good Shepherd preparing (ahead of time) every detail of every day for us. “The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want for anything good.” Slowly read Psalm 23 three times a day and it will change your life. God will manifest Himself to you, John 14:21; He makes His home with you, John 14:23; God’s love is perfected in you, 1 John 4:12.
YOU are precious is His sight and honored and He loves you with an everlasting love. Perhaps you don’t feel loved. That doesn’t change the fact that God loves you and accepts you just like you are. Don’t go by your feelings; go by the truth from God’s Word that you are loved. He has already spread abroad His love in your heart by the Holy Spirit, Romans 5:5. God is love. (NS)
