March 10 – Today mediate on: God Delivers Me When I Call to Him
Pulled Out
Psalm 107:13-14, “Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and He delivered them out of their distresses. He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and broke apart the bonds that held them.”
Psalm 107:20, God sent forth His word and healed them. Psalm 103, God heals all my diseases and delivers me from all my distresses.
Prayed Requires Power:
What habit do I have that keeps the sweet kindness of Jesus from
being manifested in my life?
What am I going to do today to get rid of it?
What forces have I given into, rather than put it into God’s hands
by way of intercession? –Oswald Chambers
Daniel 11:32, “The people who KNOW their God shall prove themselves strong and shall stand firm, and do exploits [for God].”
Psalm 46:5, “God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved. God will help her right early [at the dawn of the morning].”
I shall not be moved!
“Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of God; and he shall go no more out.”
Hosea 14:5a, “I will be as the dew and the night mist to Israel.” Dew is a symbol of spiritual refreshing.
Titus 3:5-6, “He saved us, not because of any works of righteousness that we had done, but because of His own pity and mercy, by [the] cleansing (bath) of the new birth (regeneration) and renewing of the Holy Spirit, which He poured out [so] richly upon us through Jesus Christ our Savior.” (NS)
